Just a day after Michael Ewen was sold to Turriff United, we can confirm that Huntly have made their first signings under John Teasdale.

The black and gold’s boss have been scouting a number of clubs at different levels since he came to the club in April and has now snapped up two promising youngsters who have been training with a first division side.

Jordan Timmons and Graham Stark have recently been released by Dundee and were training with the Huntly squad recently.

Timmons is a versatile player who can play anywhere across the midfield while Stark is a left-sided player who can fit in at either full back or on the wing.

Teasdale was delighted to have secured his new players and hinted there may be more to come.

“Jordan and Graham are two young guys with a really good attitude who have had experience at a higher level and if they do the business for us then may earn themselves a move back up the leagues again.
Both of them are very promising and can offer a lot for us on the park and this is the type of player I’m trying to get into the club.

I’m still also looking for experienced players too, we’ve looked at a few already and there’s still ongoing talks to get some quality players signed up for next season.”
