Huntly’s improvement under Co-Managers Mark Gray and Douglas Baxter continued after coming from behind to earn a 2-2 draw against Highland League Cup finalists Nairn County.

With only one loss out of their last five fixtures, Gray was pleased with the reaction from his players after coming back after conceding two goals in just over a minute.

Gray paid tribute to goalscorer Thoirs who has now proven to be a key part of the team since he and Douglas Baxter took over in December.

With no wins in their last four league matches, Nairn Manager Les Fridge felt it was a scrappy game.
