Huntly 2 Keith 9

Huntly were on the end of a heavy beating as they went down 9-2 to Keith tonight.
The onslaught started as early as seven minutes when a poor clearance from the home defence came out as far as Ewan Watson who struck first time with a low shot from 22 yards.

Two minutes later, Sean McKinstry played in Cammy Keith who got past Paul Winton to side foot past Grant Pennet.

McKinstry increased the lead on the quarter hour mark netting with a free header from close range.

In the 20th minute, Keith rounded Pennet only for Brian Higgins to clear on the line. The ball would then find its way out to Alan McRea to power in a low drive from 25 yards.

Four minutes later, a 30 yard dead ball from Greg McHattie struck the crossbar and rebounded out to Keith who struck with his sides fifth.
Moments later, Cammy Keith took advantage of some miscommunication between Watt and Pennet at the back before rounding the pair and firing high into the net for his hat-trick.
Keith added another as he ran onto McHattie's slip to send a low shot in off the far post.

Huntly pulled one back five minutes before the interval. A long clearance from the back saw their front two get in behind the visiting defence as Gary Harris rounded the keeper before side-footing home.
