After completing the signing of former Turriff forward Stuart Taylor, one of his former team mates has followed him to Christie Park.


Defender Cameron Bowden has signed for the club on the two year contract on a free transfer following the expiry of his Turriff United contract.

The former Turriff Captain spent eleven seasons at The Haughs making 371 appearances and scoring 38 goals since joining from Peterhead in 2009/10.

The 30 year old is the record appearance holder for Turriff in the Highland League and won three Aberdeenshire Shields during his time there.

Cammy is a player who is regarded as one of the most respected defenders in the Highland League and I am delighted he sees his immediate future with the club. He is vastly experienced at this level & will also bring excellent leadership qualities that will help enhance the squad both on and off the pitch.”
