Huntly FC have added to their squad ahead of today’s Scottish Cup second round tie with Nairn County with the signing of Gary Davidson from Turriff United.

Davidson (31) who can play in midfield or defence started out in the junior leagues with Newburgh before moving to Lochee United, Kinnoull, Beith Juniors and then Largs Thistle prior to joining Turriff in June 2012.

During his time at The Haughs he featured 67 times and having not played for United in the last round of the Scottish Cup he could be set for his Huntly debut at Station Park today.
