New Boy Happy With Debut
With Huntly back in action last Saturday for the first time they also had new goalkeeper Neil Hastie coming in for a start with the club enjoying a comfortable debut.
While his opposite number Daniel Bell was producing a goalkeeping master class in the home goal, former Clachnacuddin stopper pulled off a great stop late in the second half to keep out the opposition.
Having signed a month ago, it was a long wait to get some action and although Neil played with a defence who were new to him he enjoyed it. In his previous three outings with Clachnacuddin against Huntly, Neil conceded fourteen goals to the black and golds in three straight defeats.
